During the pandemic, our client, a large global bank, wished to understand the trends shaping the workplace, with a view to developing a cohesive, comprehensive vision for the future of work, implications for corporate real estate and a future-proof employee experience.

Studio Everywhere curated a team of futurists, experience designers and specialist experts from the fields of real estate, hospitality, workplace design, software and investment. We engaged a multidisciplinary client team - with leaders from real estate, workplace, HR, IT, facilities management and F&B, and, through a series of immersion and ideation workshops, co-created a strong, clear vision for a more fluid, collaborative future of work at the bank. It was a vision that promised flexibility and choices to enable personal, team and company-wide productivity and resilience - whether working together or apart. We developed cross-functional road maps for activating each pillar of the experience across people, places, IT platforms and the planet.

With the vision and experience strategy defined, we ran a pilot implementation at one of the bank's major sites, which was successfully received by the building's occupants and drove greater participation and employee satsifaction. And the vision continues to be rolled out across the bank's property portfolio to this day.
